Return & Refund Policy

 

At ALDY's, we take great pride in our handcrafted poster frames and original designs. We want you to love what you receive. Please read our return and refund policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.

 

1. Standard Returns (Change of Mind)

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery for any reason, provided the following conditions are met:

       The item must be in its original condition — no damage, scratches, or alterations.

       The item must be in its original packaging with all components included.

       The return request must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date.

 

If all conditions are met, you will receive a full refund of the product price to your original payment method within 21 days of us receiving the returned item.

 

Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility. Our shipping partner will schedule a pickup from your address at a time that works for you — no need to drop it off anywhere.

Note: A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or charged separately — we'll confirm the amount when you initiate the return.

 

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right — no questions asked. Here's what you need to do:

       Contact us within 12 hours of receiving your delivery.

       Send an email to test@test.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage.

       Our team will get back to you as soon as possible to arrange a resolution.

 

ALDY's will cover all return shipping costs and will offer either a full replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Important: Damage reports submitted after 12 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a free resolution.

 

3. Partial Returns

If you ordered multiple items and only wish to return some of them, that's perfectly fine. You may return individual items from your order as long as each item being returned meets the conditions outlined in Section 1 (standard returns) or Section 2 (damaged items).

Refunds will be issued only for the returned items, not the full order total.

 

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item (e.g., a different frame material), please follow these steps:

       Initiate a return for the original item following the process in Section 1.

       Once your return is accepted and processed, place a new order for the item you'd like.

Return shipping fees for exchanges are the customer's responsibility, unless the original item was damaged upon arrival.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

       Custom or personalized orders (made-to-order designs).

       Sale items — all discounted products are final sale, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

       Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging.

 

6. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, here's what happens:

       We'll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

       If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 21 days.

       Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund on their end.

 

If 21 days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at test@test.com.
